Public Hearing Notice: Planning Commission

The Resort Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Resort Township Hall, 2232 Resort Pike Road, Petoskey, MI 49770, to consider an amended conditional rezoning request from One Family Residential (R-1A) to General Residential (R-2B), for the parcel at the corner of US-31 and Blackbird Road, Tax ID 24-13-18-02-300-025, as submitted by Summit Development Group, LLC, and JLD Associates LTD Partnership.
