Morford Park

Locally known as the Farm Bureau Property, Morford Park is a 1.1 acre park located near the Morford Road-Lake Grove Road intersection. This park offers picnic tables, two charcoal grills, a small fire pit, a few parking spaces, a portable restroom, and a boat launch with a seasonal dock. The property is constructed in a series of levels with stairways connecting the street level to the picnic level and the waterfront below. 

The Morford Park boat launch is the only Resort Township boat launch on Walloon Lake and includes a twenty foot concrete ramp which extends into the water and a seasonal dock. It is important to note that the water is relatively shallow at this launch and no specific boat trailer parking is available in the area. Users are encouraged to plan accordingly before putting in or taking out boats at this site.
