Parks & Recreation Areas
Resort Township maintains eight park and recreation sites covering nearly 230 acres. These sites offer residents and visitors a variety of recreational opportunities and include non-motorized recreational foot trails, access to the Lake Michigan shoreline, access to the Walloon Lake shoreline, three boat launches, and two playgrounds.
East Park

In addition to the township maintained parks and recreation locations Resort Township is also home to the following Little Traverse Conservancy and Walloon Lake Association and Conservancy natural areas, as well as the Top of Michigan Trails Council Little Traverse Wheelway.
