Polls open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. and are held at
Resort Township Hall

Absentee Ballots
All eligible and registered voters in Michigan may request an absent voter ballot without providing a reason.
The Absentee Voter Ballot Application can be obtained by contacting the Clerk’s Office or by visiting the Michigan Secretary of State website and downloading the Absentee Voter Ballot Application.
Completed applications can be dropped off, mailed, or emailed to:

Once your application has been received you will be issued an absent voter ballot.
Voter Registration
To register to vote in Michigan you must be:
- A Michigan resident (at the time you register) and a resident of your city or township for at least 30 days (when you vote)
- A United States citizen
- At least 18 years of age (when you vote).
- Not currently serving a sentence in jail or prison.
