2026 March Board of Review Meetings

March 2, 2026 – 9 am opening (organizational meeting)

March 10, 2026 – 9 am to 12:00 pm and 1 pm to 4 pm (for public tax protest)

March 12, 2025 – 2 pm to 5 pm and 6 pm to 9 pm (for public tax protest)

Resort Township Board of Review will meet in public session at RT Hall, 2232 Resort Pike Rd, Petoskey, MI on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 9 am to 12:00 pm and recess until 1pm to 4pm and Thursday March 12, 2026 from 2 pm to 5 pm and recess until 6 pm to 9 pm for taxpayers to protest their 2026 property tax assessments. Also protest by letter to Mike Larson, Assessor, 2232 Resort Pike Road, Petoskey, MI 49770; or email to assessor@resorttownship.gov  subject line “MBOR Protest”. All mail and email protests must be received by March 10, 2026 at 3 PM.

Contact your Assessor. If you have questions or concerns about your assessment, please contact your assessor. They may be able to address your questions and concerns without you having to appeal to the March Board of Review.

Protest in Writing. Taxpayers are encouraged to submit their protest to the Board of Review in writing to the mailing address provided in the March Board of Review Appeal section of the assessment change notice.
