Recycling Cart Spring Break, Frost Laws in Effect 3/14

Resort Township’s Frost Laws go into effect this Monday, March 14, 2022. This means use of the black rolling recycling carts will be suspended for a few weeks. During this time you may

1. continue to collect your paper, boxes, and bags in your black rolling cart to be put at the curb all together once the Frost Laws are lifted
2. put your paper, boxes, and bags at the curb weekly in a green Emmet County Recycling tote 
3. take your papers, boxes, and bags to one of Emmet County Recycling’s 13 recycling drop-off sites
