Public Hearing Notice: Planning Commission

The Resort Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Hall (2232 Resort Pike Road), to consider a request for special use permit approval as submitted by Michael Kolkmeyer, on behalf of EC Investments LLC (Gypsy Spirits), to allow for proposed new structures and the property at 5251 Charlevoix Road to be used as a social event facility/venue. The property is more particularly described in tax parcel #24-13-18-09-100-018.

This public hearing is rescheduled from March 25, 2025.

Questions or comments can be presented at the meeting and written comments can be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the hearing to zoningplanning@resorttownship.gov or via letter to Resort Township PC, 2232 Resort Pike Road, Petoskey, MI 49770.
