2025 March Board of Review Meetings
March 4, 2025 – 10am opening (organizational meeting)
March 12, 2025 – 1pm to 4:30pm and 6pm to 9pm (for public tax protest)
March 13, 2025 – 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm (for public tax protest)
March 19, 2025 – 3:30pm (closing for 2025 MBOR) posted 3/15/2025 at 12:30pm
Resort Township Board of Review will meet in public session at RT Hall, 2232 Resort Pike Rd, Petoskey, MI on Wednesday March 12, 2025 from 1pm to 4:30pm and recess until 6pm to 9pm and Thursday March 13, 2025 from 9am to 12pm and recess until 1pm to 4pm for taxpayers to protest their 2025 property tax assessments. Also protest by letter to Robert Wheaton, Supervisor- Assessor, 2232 Resort Pike Road, Petoskey, MI 49770; or email to supervisor@resorttownship.gov subject line “MBOR Protest”. All mail and email protests must be received by March 13, 2025 at 3 PM.

Contact your Assessor. If you have questions or concerns about your assessment, please contact your assessor. They may be able to address your questions and concerns without you having to appeal to the March Board of Review.
Protest in Writing. Taxpayers are encouraged to submit their protest to the Board of Review in writing to the mailing address provided in the March Board of Review Appeal section of the assessment change notice.
